I’ve added a list of useful questions and answers below that new visitors to the site may find useful.
Q: I’ve left a comment on an article but it hasn’t appeared yet. Why?
A: to prevent spam, all new visitors have their comments moderated the first time they post. I normally approve comments wihtin an hour or so. Most times people can then leave comments without a delay.
Q: It’s your website, so If I don’t agree with an article, you wont approve my comments, right?
A: Wrong. As long as comments are on topic and don’t contain personal attacks against me or another poster, your comments will normally be approved. We have an anti-swear filter on to keep the site mainly family safe. Please don’t try to get around it.
Q: How often do you update the site?
A: All the time. I try to post a new article at least once a day as long as it’s good enough to share with you all. Please remember though, it’s only me running the site so I do need to sleep, have a holiday or be occasionally ill :)
Q: What about the adverts on the site?
A: Please understand I created this site for my own fun and to give me an outlet to share my thoughts and ideas. That’s it. I have ads on the site to help towards the running costs. Please only click on the ad’s if you are genuinely interested in the product being advertised. If you would like to advertise, please use the contact me link at the top of the page with your full proposal.
Q: I’d love to read fidgetwith.com on the move. Do you have a mobile site?
A: Yes I do! You can view a cut down, mobile friendly site at http://m.fidgetwith.com – alternatively, if you have a Nokia phone, you can install our free app in the Ovi store here.
Q: Would you be interested in reviewing my product or service for your site?
A: Sure, as long as it’s something I like doing or interests me, get in touch.
